Visa Waiver Program
This program allows citizens from certain countries to enter the United States without a visa if they are traveling for pleasure, business or in transit; and they meet certain other requirements.
Currently, Kazakhstan is NOT on the list of Visa Waiver Program countries. Kazakhstani citizens may not participate in this program, if traveling on a Kazakhstani passport.
