Temporary Worker (H, L, O, P or R) Visas

If you are traveling to the United States as a temporary worker, you need to apply for a Temporary Worker (H, L, O, P or R) Visa. In addition to all the documents listed in the General Documentation Requirements section, please bring the following documents:

• Approval Notice I-797
• Reciprocity visa issuance fee

* L1 principal applicants under a blanket petition must pay an additional $500 fraud investigation fee.

Dependents

In addition to all documents listed in the General Documentation Requirements section, please bring the following documents:

• Proof of current valid status of Principal Applicant - this would include a copy of Principal Applicant's visa, Form I-797, or Form I-129
• Original marriage or birth certificate showing relationship to Principal Applicant
• Reciprocity visa issuance fee
