US Embassy Consulate, Almaty, Mission for Central Asian Republics (CAR) is seeking the Company which able to provide catering services June 14-27, 2015 in Iliyskiy Poligon, Almaty region, Kazakhstan as per SOW provided below with the detailed requirements.

The proposals must be accompanied with the company’s past performance information with three references.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation/proposal based on initial offers, without holding discussions.  Therefore the initial offer must be full and complete and meet all the Government Requirements as stated in the attached SOW.  The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines discussions are necessary.

Issuance of this request does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the U.S. Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals.

Place of Performance: Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Proposals are due at 15:00, Almaty time on May 26, 2015.

The contract/Purchase Order will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable proposal.

2. Request for Quotations number PR4235842

The U.S. Consulate General, Almaty intends to purchase one European Ford Transit Van FWD MWB Low Roof L2H2 AWD.  The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation, based on initial offers, without holding discussions and subject to funds availability.   Therefore the initial offer must be full and complete.  The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines discussions are necessary.

The offer must contain full specifications of the vehicle, delivery date, price and past performance information for similar sales/contracts. The contract/purchase order will be awarded to the company submittedthe lowest price technically acceptable proposal. Issuance of this request does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the U.S. Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals.

3. Medical Insurance coverage for locally employed staff members working for US Embassy in Astana and Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The Embassy of the United States of America in Astana, Kazakhstan invites all potential qualified bidders to submit a quotation for Medical Insurance Coverage Services.
